Hey guys! Just wanted to do a quick update since finals week is here. Over the weekend, I had the pleasure of photographing a family session with Celia and Charlie! For those of you that don’t remember, I shot their wedding earlier this year. I love when repeat clients book more sessions because I get to enjoy more of their lives. We went to Rutgers New Brunswick Campus to shoot with Charlie’s sister Sam and Celia’s brother Paul, and despite the cold we had such a good shoot! I don’t think I’ve laughed this hard in a while which is exactly what I needed to clear my head for finals! We had so much fun, I hope to see Celia and Charlie again soon. Here’s a quick preview. Stay warm everyone!

In between studying for finals next week and writing a million papers – I met up with one of my good friends in New Jersey for a portrait session before the weather gets too cold. Do you know what I love about photographing friends? They always laugh at your jokes! It’s so easy to get a genuine laugh from them because they actually think you’re funny. Oh, I love it. Jenn’s had eight years of thinking I’m funny so you know I loooove her, just loooove her.

Oh, hey. FAVORITE!

See? See why I love her? She thinks I’m funny AND she’s gorgeous! Be on the look out for more pictures of her because I’m going to make her brave the winter cold with me in a few weeks, hehehe (she doesn’t know it yet). Okay *grumble* back to studying.

I woke up this morning feeling so refreshed then I look over to my left and see my little doggie cuddled up next to me (under the covers!) as the crisp November air blew through my window. Oh, I love Thanksgiving! It’s such a happy, family filled day. So lets see.. what am I thankful for? Well, of course for my friends and family who support me through my journey through life. They let me make my own mistakes but are always there with loving advice and never forget to cheer me own as I move from one phase to the next. I’m also thankful for the little things, like my snuggle little puppy or the colors of autumn that Philadelphia is holding on to. Oh and of course I’m thankful for all of you – even if you don’t always comment, I’m happy that you’ve perused this blog and hopefully it’s made your day a teeny tiny bit better. Here are a few pictures – just so that this isn’t text only! Have a Happy Thanksgiving, everyone![]()

So here we are on this lovely Monday and I am just dying to blog about this lovely wedding. A few weeks ago I second shot with the talented Natalie Franke at a wedding in Virginia. Anna and Micah had their wedding at Veritas Vineyard & Winery and when I tell you that it was absolutely beautiful – I mean it was jaw dropping gorgeous. The thing I love about being a second shooter (besides hanging out with the guys for a lot of the day) is that I get to tell the story from my point of view and then compare what I saw with what Natalie saw. I love it!
