christine (part two): philadelphia portrait photographer

Happy Monday, everyone!

Here is part two of the session I had with my best friend (part one can be seen here). We wandered around Philadelphia for awhile and ended up in The Northeast at a funky little park. At first glance I was a bit wary of the location but once we started shooting – you’ll see why we stayed

WARNING! There are lots of pictures in this entry.. I just couldn’t narrow it down. The best thing about shooting with Christine is that she not only brings ~the fierceness~ but we laugh throughout the entire session. It’s great!

First to comment! Yay! Vida, I absolutely love this set! Aside from being friends with you, I love the type of professionalism that you still bring whenever we shoot. You say that I deliver, well most of that is because you make me feel comfortable and confident and you’re always ready to capture the right moment! This is probably my favorite set and I can’t wait to see more of your future work!

Christine!! Your outfit is ADORABLE! and I was going to pick my faces from the set but then I kept on finding more that I loved!! Ones that I especially liked though were the one with the sun setting in the background while you’re looking upwards, and the black & white one that sort of zooms in on your face and intensifies your eyes.

And of course, Vida, beauuuutiful captures. Your work continues to amaze me. Lighting, moments, background – everything seems to tie together perfectly; every detail is considered. Great work you two!!

Blog, meet Christine. She works with me as a makeup artist, a test model but most importantly – she’s my best friend. Anyone who knows me knows that she’s my sidekick and basically my other half. We’re both on spring break this week and wanted to take some pictures for my new brand (which will be released soon soon soon!)
