Sonya and Brandon seriously have to be one of THE cutest couples I have ever photographed. Sonya’s a cute little teacher and Brandon is awesome because he fixes arcade games. They’ve known each other since they were 12 years old and Brandon even went to her prom with her! We had our engagement session tonight at Peace Valley Park around sunset and it was absolutely gorgeous, just like them :] I’m going on vacation tomorrow for a little over two weeks but I promised I would have some of my favorites up on the blog for them so here they are!

loren & chad: philadelphia engagement photographer

Loren and Chad killed it. We started our day at the Art Museum and I swear their model sides came out. I, like always, gave a little bit of guidance but everything else is all them. We ended the day at the old Uptown Theater right as the sun set – maybe a few of those photos will be in a second entry! I just wanted to get a little sneak peak up for them before I leave for vacation on Monday. Loren and Chad, I can’t wait to shoot your wedding in a few weeks!

1) Loren’s dress is bomb, I’m loving that print. Ok, now that that’s out of the way, I agree with Heather, I love the black and whites, I always like how your b/w pictures aren’t just…black and white, sometimes it’s warm, sometimes it’s cooler, there’s emotion, and I love the intimate feel that you capture with your couples. They look like a really cute couple I can’t wait to see their wedding!

dan and catherine: philadelphia wedding photographer

Dan and Catherine were married last Saturday and the day started out bright and early at the Radisson Hotel. As Catherine and her girls got ready, she never stopped smiling! I don’t think I saw a frown on her face or any sign of stress. Instead she was a ball of pure happiness and excitement – like she should be! The ceremony and reception were held at the Bensalem Country Club and everything was just about perfect – from the weather to the details to all of the adoring guests. My favorite part of the day was that Dan and Cat had their English Bulldog greeting their guests in his little tuxedo!

Dan and Cat, I wish you nothing but the best and I hope you’re having an amazing time in the Dominican Republic

These photos are incredible, awesome, breathtaking….and I could go on and on. I view photographer’s photo on my website all the time. These could not be better. They capture the essence of two beautiful people.
First…Catherine. My first reaction was, “Why isn’t she modeling?” You look just so perfectly natural. There is no effort on your part to pose and you come across so well. Dan is a handsome guy and together you have great photos from the wedding.

lavonda & darius part 2: philadelphia wedding photographer

i feel like i haven’t posted pictures in forever! not because i don’t want to but in between a little bit of traveling and photo sessions – i’ve been enjoying the little bit of relaxation i can find. can you blame me!? i hope not! anyways, lavonda and darius were married on a cloudy, stormy saturday (makes for a blessed marriage though, right?). up until i got there, it rained ridiculously but as we were leaving for the ceremony – things cleared up a little bit and the sun even peeked out from behind the clouds! their day was shared by family and friends from all over – some as far as kentucky. it was a beautiful day and i’m so glad that i got to be a part of their day. lavonda and darius, i hope you enjoyed your honeymoon and wish you nothing but the best in your new life together
